Getting started with our Reefer services is easy—just follow these three simple steps:
Sign the contract
Begin by signing our truck service agreement, which clearly outlines the terms and conditions of our services.
Provide the necessary paperwork, including:
Factoring Information (if applicable)
General Power of Attorney (allowing us to communicate with brokers)
MC Authority Letter
Insurance Certificate
Driver’s Contact Information
W-9 Form
After we receive all necessary documents, we’ll assign you a dedicated agent. With your reefer truck ready, you can begin transporting loads immediately.
